Return & Refund Policy

At Cobraa Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the following conditions:

Return Period

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must include the original packaging and accessories.
• The product must not contain physical damage caused by misuse.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
• Personalized or custom products.
• Products missing accessories or original packaging.

Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, Cobraa Store will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange process.

Non-Defective Returns

If the customer wishes to return a product without any defect:

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The returned product must pass inspection before approval.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within the same 14-day period, subject to stock availability.

Warranty

Some products include an official warranty period as mentioned on the product page.
